About the Role
Based at the Courtyard Atlantic City, the Room Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that define our brand. This position is responsible for ensuring guestrooms are clean, attractive, and ready for arrival while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests. You will be the face of our housekeeping operations, working diligently to create a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

- check_circleReplenish chemical bottles in the housekeeping cart
- check_circleReport missing items and maintenance repairs to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- check_circleHandle lost and found items according to company standards
- check_circleRestock housekeeping cleaning carts for the next day's use
- check_circleThoroughly clean guestrooms according to established standards
- check_circleKeep hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed
- check_circleComplete pre-cleaning duties including setting up housekeeping carts with supplies and linen
Requirements
