About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you are the guardian of our guest experience. Your primary responsibility is to clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of spotless cleanliness. This role is a team effort; you will be expected to pitch in across front and back-of-house areas, from stocking supplies and attending morning stand-ups to assisting with deep cleaning projects and laundry tasks.

Beyond the physical duties, your presence defines our hospitality. You will greet every guest with a smile, using their name whenever possible to make them feel properly welcomed. Whether you are cleaning a room or navigating the hotel, you will maintain a "Can-Do" attitude, communicating clearly with colleagues and handling guest concerns with urgency and grace. You will work in a dynamic environment that may include varied shifts, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring our hotel remains a sanctuary for travelers.
