About the Role

As a Barista, you are an integral member of the café team. Your role is to welcome customers with a cheerful and helpful demeanor, answering questions and connecting readers with the perfect drinks and café items. You will be essential in maintaining the attractive presentation of the café and ensuring its efficient daily operation.

Your day will involve a blend of customer service and operational tasks. You will work the registers to provide professional, quick service, while also helping to unpack deliveries, stock the café, and tidy the dining area and bake case. As you gain experience, you will deepen your knowledge of our beverage, bakery, and savory offerings, allowing you to make effective customization recommendations and support key sales objectives.

This role is dynamic and requires physical activity, including prolonged standing, walking, and lifting. You will be part of a busy team where flexibility is key; you may be asked to fill scheduling gaps or support other stores within the cluster as needed.
