Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEmpty wastebaskets and check or refill paper towel and soap dispensers
- check_circleSubmit maintenance work orders and report unsafe conditions or needed repairs
- check_circleAssist with laundry duties including linens, towels, and resident personal laundry
- check_circleProvide inventory of chemicals, supplies, and linens as required
- check_circleKeep janitor closets and housekeeping supply rooms clean and orderly
- check_circleClean and prepare model rooms and incoming resident rooms for move-in
- check_circleLog water or heat temperatures and follow infection control protocols
- check_circleFollow cleaning schedules and instructions for resident rooms, offices, and public areas
- check_circleClean hallways, stairways, elevators, and exterior areas like patios as assigned
- check_circleClean windows, mirrors, walls, and ceilings using washing, wiping, and disinfecting methods
- check_circleSweep, vacuum, and polish all assigned areas, furnishings, fixtures, and units
