About the Role

Our client is seeking an exceptional Housekeeper to take full ownership of housekeeping standards for a newly occupied residence in Las Vegas, with periodic travel to a secondary vacation home in Los Angeles. This is a high-trust position for a polished, hospitality-minded professional who understands how to work in a security-conscious, private environment. The goal is to keep the home running like a five-star boutique hotel with minimal visibility.

Reporting to the Estate Manager and Admin Team, you will work in close coordination with the existing housekeeping team. This is not a traditional housekeeping role; it is a high-standard position supporting two private residences that prioritize calm, privacy, and precision. For the right professional, it offers autonomy, stability, and the chance to operate at an elite level where excellence is expected and respected.

The Home Environment

The primary residence is a large, newly occupied home in Las Vegas where the principals are direct and highly private. There are no pets and no children in the home. The secondary vacation home in Orange County is approximately 14,000 sq ft. Discretion and professionalism are required at all times, including adherence to strict house rules such as no eating inside the properties. A calm, quiet, and unobtrusive presence is essential, alongside strong judgment and proactive problem-solving.
