About the Role
As a Housekeeper, your work directly impacts the guest experience. Imagine the feeling of our guests when they open the door to a hotel room you have just cleaned: seeing it immaculate and pristine. The care you take in cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner is what drives guest satisfaction and encourages them to return.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. You will keep your linen cart neat and well-stocked, report any maintenance needs such as fixtures or HVAC issues, and ensure the security of your equipment and keys. Your friendly and timely responses to guest requests will be a key part of your day-to-day interactions.
