As a Housekeeper at our 930 NoMo community in Charleston, SC, you will be the backbone of our property's presentation and resident satisfaction. You are responsible for the daily cleaning of the apartment community's public facilities, common areas, and grounds. Your work ensures that every resident and guest experiences a clean, welcoming environment that reflects the high standards of Asset Living.
A key part of your day involves managing the cleaning make-ready process for vacant units prior to move-in, ensuring they are pristine and consistent with the property's operational objectives. You will also handle the cleaning and upkeep of community offices and amenities daily. Beyond maintenance, you serve as a face of the community, responding to resident and management requests in a timely manner and projecting a favorable image to achieve property objectives. You will work under the supervision of the Community Manager, utilizing property resources economically and enforcing community policies delegated by your supervisor.
