About the Role

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience by parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and assisting with luggage services.

You will maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor, greeting guests within five feet and using their names to personalize interactions. Beyond vehicle management, you will serve as a helpful resource, providing directions, information about facility amenities, and assistance with taxis or reservations. You will also manage the financial aspects of the service, explaining parking rates and collecting revenue with accuracy and care.

This position offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will interact with a diverse range of people, requiring adaptability and a positive attitude in all situations.

Hiring Process

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay range is $9-$10 per hour, plus $5-$10 per hour in tips.

Please note that the work schedule may include AM/PM shift times. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined in our standard policy.
