About the Role

The Guest Service Associate is the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assist with luggage delivery and pickup, and serve as a knowledgeable guide for the facility and local area.

In this position, you will maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor, greeting guests within five feet and using their names to personalize interactions. You will handle vehicle keys and claim checks with precision, calculate parking rates, and assist guests with directions, taxis, and reservations. Your work ensures that every guest feels welcomed and cared for, whether they are visiting a hospital, a hotel, or a corporate client.

Hiring Process

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education, or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $9-$10 per hour plus $5-$10 per hour in tips.

The work schedule for this position can include AM/PM shift times. Please note that seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined in our standard employee package.
