The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is central to the guest experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
In this position, you will park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assisting guests with luggage delivery and pickup during arrival and departure. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests within five feet with a professional demeanor, using their names, and offering directions, taxi assistance, and information about local amenities. Your work ensures that guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education, training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $9-$10 per hour, plus $5-$10 per hour in tips.
The work schedule for this position can include AM/PM shift times. Please note that seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined in the full job description.
