At Towne Park, it's more than a job; it is an opportunity to make a genuine impact. As a hospitality services company, our mission is to create smiles by delivering exceptional experiences to the millions of patients, visitors, and guests we serve daily. Whether you are providing compassionate service to ease a family's anxiety, creating a memorable arrival for a guest in a new city, or supporting a colleague, every day offers a chance to brighten someone's day. When we see a customer, client, or team member smile, we know we have made a difference.
As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services. Your role is central to the guest experience, involving the prompt and safe parking and retrieval of vehicles, as well as assisting with luggage delivery and pickup during arrivals and departures. You will maintain a professional demeanor, greeting guests within five feet, using their names, and offering directions, reservation assistance, and local area information. This position requires a balance of operational precision—managing parking rates, claim checks, and revenue collection—and genuine human connection to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay range is $9–$10 per hour, plus $5–$10 per hour in tips. Please note that seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined below.
Benefits Eligible employees may enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Eligibility depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked.
Schedule The work schedule may include AM/PM shift times. The majority of work is performed outdoors, requiring adaptability to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold.
Towne Park is an equal opportunity employer. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
