The Role
As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Your role is vital in ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
You will park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assist with luggage delivery and pickup, and serve as a knowledgeable guide by providing directions, information about facility amenities, and local attractions. Your friendly demeanor and professional interactions will help set the tone for a positive experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued.
