The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is vital to ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests within five feet with a professional demeanor and using their names to personalize the interaction.
Your day will involve parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting with luggage delivery and pick-up, and serving as a helpful resource for directions, reservations, and local information. You will also manage the financial aspects of the service, explaining parking rates and collecting revenue. By maintaining a pleasant demeanor and following established procedures, you help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department, directly contributing to the positive experiences of the millions of patients, visitors, and guests we serve.
