As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Your role is vital in setting the tone for the guest experience, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Your day will involve parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting with luggage delivery and pickup, and serving as a knowledgeable guide for the facility. You will greet guests within five feet with a professional demeanor, use their names during interactions, and provide information on amenities, local attractions, and directions. From managing vehicle keys and claim checks to handling revenue collection and resolving inquiries, you will ensure the smooth operation of our valet and bell services while maintaining a pleasant and professional atmosphere.
