About the Role

The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is vital to ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests within five feet with a professional demeanor and using their names to personalize the interaction.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks, from parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely to assisting with luggage delivery and pick-up. You will act as a local guide, offering directions, information about facility amenities, and details on main attractions. By managing vehicle keys, issuing claim checks, and handling revenue collection with precision, you ensure the smooth operation of our valet system. This position requires a pleasant, professional presence and the ability to adapt to the needs of patients, visitors, and guests alike.

Hiring Process

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education, or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $9-$10 per hour plus $5-$10 per hour in tips.

Please note that seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined in our standard employee packages. Eligibility for benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and the 401k retirement savings plan depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked.
