The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is central to the guest journey, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
In this position, you will park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assisting with luggage delivery and pickup during arrivals and departures. You will serve as a helpful guide, offering directions, information about facility amenities, and local attractions. Your duties also include managing the financial aspects of the valet process, such as explaining rates, issuing claim checks, and collecting revenue, all while maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to strict safety and operational procedures.
