Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePark and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner
- check_circleExplain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival
- check_circleCalculate and collect revenue for vehicles and maintain accurate ticket information
- check_circleOpen vehicle and hotel doors for guests and deliver messages or items as requested
- check_circleAssist guests with luggage delivery, pickup, and storage during arrival and departure
- check_circleProvide guests with directions, taxi assistance, and information about local amenities
- check_circleMaintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests and colleagues
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verifiedValid driver's license for the state of work
- verifiedOne month related experience or equivalent
- verifiedAbility to read and write standard English
- verifiedAbility to perform basic math operations
- verifiedAbility to understand 24-hour and military time systems
- verifiedAbility to operate manual transmission (highly desirable)
- verifiedAbility to perform parallel parking
