About the Role

TravelCenters of America offers a convenient, one-stop shopping experience to our customers, featuring a plethora of dining options that give guests the variety they seek. As a Host, you are key to the success of our restaurant. Your primary mission is to provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests, ensuring we "return every traveler to the road better than they came."

In this role, you will work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service. You will welcome and serve each customer courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude. You will be the face of our dining experience, building strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers while ensuring every guest feels valued.
