About the Role

We are seeking a performance-driven Hospital Sales Specialist passionate about making a difference in healthcare. This role is designed to manage all aspects of territory business development, cultivating relationships within key hospital accounts, and driving education and awareness around a critical treatment portfolio. You will engage with Health Care Professionals (HCPs), hospital decision-makers, pharmacy and infusion suites, and C-Suite stakeholders.

Success in this position requires strong clinical and disease state knowledge, along with the ability to navigate the complexities of the U.S. hospital market. You will facilitate the development of new accounts while supporting the growth of existing ones. The role involves active collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and stakeholders across marketing, medical affairs, healthcare systems, and operations to ensure alignment on integrated strategic plans. You will also support appropriate patient education programs as needed, implementing CSL Behring's patient-focused hospital selling model with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing skills.
