We are seeking an experienced Hospice Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will apply nursing theories and concepts to coordinate the physical care of patients with their families, physicians, and the broader hospice team. You will be responsible for the comprehensive care and documentation required to meet reimbursement guidelines while communicating effectively with patients, families, and all agency personnel.
As a member of the patient care team, you will attend and participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and quality reviews. This position requires frequent collaboration with Clinical Managers, Administrators, Operations Support Technicians, and other disciplines to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. You will represent a positive, professional first impression at all times, utilizing high-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills for patient care planning and resolution.
