About the Role
We are seeking a Hospice Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations across our Southeastern service area. This pivotal role exists to ensure the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care at the end of life. As the Director, you will oversee all hospice nursing operations, managing staffing, budgeting, and clinical outcomes while championing evidence-based practices.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to refine individualized care plans. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through the mentorship of nursing staff, the enforcement of rigorous clinical standards, and the continuous improvement of patient and family experiences. You will serve as a key clinical leader, modeling compassionate care and driving the strategic growth of our hospice services.

Requirements
