About the Role
Find your passion and purpose as a Hospice RN in Snohomish County. This position is designed for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a weekend on-call capacity, covering the Lynnwood and Marysville service area from Saturday 8 AM to Monday 8 AM.
In this role, you will be the best Hospice After Hours Admission RN you can be. You will join a team that cares deeply for patients and each other, committed to consistently providing exceptional care. You will conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, collaborate with patients, families, and physicians to develop individualized plans of care, and respond to triage calls and visits as needed. This role involves regular physical activity and requires reliable transportation to serve the community effectively.
