As a Hospice Aide at Summa Hospice, you are an essential member of the team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients. Your work focuses on performing various services to meet personal needs and promote comfort for those we serve.
You will perform personal care needs for your patients, attending to their requests promptly. A key part of your role involves effectively communicating the patient's condition and any significant changes to the assigned supervisory nurse, while also keeping the caregiver informed of any issues. You will operate within the Hospice Aide scope of practice as outlined by the state, ensuring safety and proper care.
