About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Homeowners Insurance Underwriter to evaluate and manage new and renewal business in accordance with company guidelines while exercising sound underwriting judgment. In this role, you will partner with internal agents to provide guidance, feedback, and education on company standards, ensuring a collaborative approach to risk selection and account profitability.

You will apply independent judgment to balance risk selection, retention, and profitability objectives while maintaining current knowledge of regulatory and coverage variations across AZ, CA, ID, NV, UT, and TX. Your work will involve documenting underwriting decisions clearly and accurately within our automated systems, ensuring compliance with our rigorous standards.
