Key Responsibilities

- check_circlePrepare and analyze financial statements on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in accounting
- verified2+ years of experience in accounting
- verified5+ years of progressively responsible experience in general business, government accounting, community/homeowner association administration, or as a paralegal/legal assistant
- verifiedAbility to pass a background check
Nice to Have
A solid understanding of the operations of Special Districts (Title 32 Governmental Agencies). A working knowledge of city and state government processes related to metropolitan districts or community association management.
