This is a part-time, 1099 position designed for professionals with a background in residential construction. The role involves conducting quality reviews at occupied homes on weekends during scheduled appointment windows, typically lasting 4 hours.
As an Analyst, you will drive to job sites to inspect mechanical rooms, capturing approximately 3-5 photos per home. The review process is streamlined: no tools, ladders, or roof access are required. Once on-site, you will enter your findings into a report database using your own tablet. Training is provided to ensure you can navigate the system effectively.
We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable individuals who can work unsupervised while adhering to strict schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Home Inspector, General Contractor, Superintendent, or Project Manager, with a specific familiarity in warranty walkthroughs with homeowners.
You must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable using a personal vehicle for travel between sites (note: drive time is not compensated). Management will group work orders to minimize travel time. Additionally, you should be comfortable connecting to Wi-Fi and troubleshooting minor technical issues on mobile devices (Android or Apple) while in the field.
