As part of Evernorth Health Services, this role supports CarepathRx within our Pharmacy and Care Delivery organization. Our team focuses on specialty pharmacy and infusion services in partnership with hospitals and health systems. About the Role
Bring your nursing expertise directly to patients' homes—where comfort meets compassionate care. As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, you will support patients with complex therapy needs while helping them gain confidence in managing their health at home. You will deliver safe, professional home infusion care focused on improving patient outcomes, providing clear education to patients and caregivers to build confidence in managing infusion and enteral therapies. You will exercise sound clinical judgment and autonomy in diverse home settings, collaborating closely with pharmacists, providers, and care teams to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.
Work Environment
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
