About the Role

As a therapist at CenterWell Home Health, you will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence—all from the comfort of their homes. By delivering personalized care that focuses on rehabilitation and functional improvement, you will empower individuals to overcome physical limitations, perform everyday activities with confidence, and enjoy a better quality of life. You will report to the Clinical Manager and serve as a vital resource to other healthcare personnel in meeting patient needs.

Hiring Process & Application

Candidates selected for this role will be required to undergo Tuberculosis (TB) screening as part of our patient-facing safety protocols. Additionally, you will be part of Humana's driver safety program, requiring a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
