About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in the North Dallas area, specifically serving Collin County including McKinney, Frisco, Plano, and Richardson. As an essential member of our care team, you will provide and document skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders, all while adhering to company standards and professional boundaries.
You will partner with RN Case Managers to develop, review, and update patient plans of care based on clinical findings. Your day will involve conducting timely skilled nursing visits, administering treatments, and monitoring patient status to ensure consistent, compassionate, and evidence-based care. A key part of your role is educating patients and their families on treatment procedures and self-care techniques.
