About the Role
We are seeking a passionate on-call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting the nursing needs of our residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your mission is to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, the team, and visitors, allowing everyone to participate in the residents' daily life rhythm.
You will develop care assignments in coordination with care partners, keeping each team member inspired and accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Our residents are amazing and deserve to be treated with the utmost respect. If you share a contagious passion for working with seniors, we invite you to come share it with us.
Hiring Process
New graduates are welcome to apply. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a current CA LVN license and current CPR certification. Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred.
