About the Role

This position offers guaranteed weekend work with the flexibility to request time during the week. You will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to supporting residents in their daily lives. Your day will involve providing personal care and assisting with activities of daily living, while also performing routine housekeeping tasks, meal planning and preparation, pet walking, and kitchen chores.

Beyond physical care, you will promote psychosocial well-being by building meaningful relationships with residents. You will escort residents to appointments and social activities, ensuring they remain engaged and connected. A key part of your role is maintaining a safe environment by following standard Infection Control & Prevention practices and promptly notifying the office or nurse of any changes in a resident's condition.
