About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Account Manager to lead business development and community education for the North Nashville territory, covering Cheatham, Robertson, and Sumner Counties. As part of TriStar Healthcare at Home, a service line of HCA Healthcare—the nation's leading provider of healthcare services—you will serve as the vital link between our organization and the local community.
This role exists to ensure continuity of care and seamless communication among patients, insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, and community resources. Working in conjunction with the Director of Clinical Services, you will drive the growth of home health programs by identifying new markets and fostering strategic partnerships. Your work will directly support our mission to raise the bar on quality healthcare, providing patients with individualized plans of care in the comfort of their own homes to restore their independence.

Requirements
