This position is designed for individuals ready to bring their skills in framing, roofing, siding, flooring, and finishing work to life. You will work closely with your team to follow project plans, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met while keeping the worksite safe and tidy.

Work Environment
This role involves frequent exposure to fumes, airborne particles, flying debris, and moving mechanical parts in a loud environment. Safety is paramount; employees are required to wear and use appropriate personal protection equipment, including safety glasses, ear plugs, steel toe boots, knee pads, dust masks, and gloves. The position requires good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination, with tasks that include kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting, and working with arms extended and raised.
