About the Role
As a Community Manager, you will partner with multiple Boards of Directors to build longstanding relationships and assist in the development of strategic goals for each Homeowner's Association. You will embody our motto by serving as an engaging self-starter who is well-trained in project management, maintenance, and property finances.
In this role, you will support Boards in deploying the right strategic plans to meet their goals. You will manage all major community projects and issues, acting as the primary liaison between the Boards and the management company. Your day-to-day involves developing fiscal management policies, overseeing vendor bidding, monitoring delinquencies, and preparing annual budgets. You will also administer legal issues, ensure compliance with governing documents and codes, and maintain clear communication through regular reporting and Board meeting attendance.
Hiring Process
Candidates must hold a CCAM® designation or CMCA®/AMS® designations. Please note that while these designations are desirable, prior management experience as a portfolio manager is required.

Requirements
