About the Role

This position serves as a vital bridge between medical equipment and patient care. You will deliver, set up, and train patients, families, and medical staff on Home Medical Equipment (HME) products and services. Your work ensures that patients and referral sources receive the support they need to manage their health effectively.

In this role, you will be the face of our equipment services during home visits, performing quality control checks and reviewing proper use and safety factors with customers. You will also handle the administrative side of care, managing detailed transactions, documentation, and reimbursement guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations. Additionally, you will maintain equipment integrity by performing routine preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and cleaning according to manufacturer and infection control standards.

Work Environment

Based in Sioux Falls, this is a regular position primarily scheduled for days, with on-call involvement for nights, weekends, and holidays. Success in this role requires the ability to work the specified hours and perform essential functions including visual acuity and effective communication.
