About the Role
We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients. This role is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of resort property units. You will ensure you follow the company mission statement and values, maintaining a high standard of excellence while assisting in solving guest complaints promptly.

MasterCorp is holding open interviews on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Holiday Inn Club Vacation Resort (7677 E Princess Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255).

We are currently hiring for Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Supervisor, Dispatcher, Houseperson, Housekeeper, and Janitor. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleReport clean units as vacant and ready for inspection
- check_circleReport unit maintenance issues and damaged inventory to supervisors
- check_circlePerform weekly guest services cleans as directed
- check_circleAssist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage closets
- check_circleAssist in solving guest complaints promptly
- check_circleEnsure a safe working environment and maintain high standards of excellence
