About the Role
The Bell Attendant is the first face guests see upon arrival, serving as a vital link between the property and its visitors. This role is dedicated to creating a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment while ensuring a seamless start to the guest experience. From the moment a guest arrives, the Bell Attendant greets them warmly, directs them to the check-in desk, and escorts them to their destination, handling luggage with care and professionalism.
Beyond luggage handling, Bell Attendants play an active role in guest satisfaction by maintaining constant communication with the Front Office before, during, and after check-in. The position involves providing shuttle services to and from the hotel, the airport, and other local destinations. As a highly visible team member, you will answer questions, provide directions, and offer detailed reservations or recommendations based on your knowledge of hotel services, local events, venues, and transportation options. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in casual conversation and share local insights with guests.
