The team provides comprehensive facility operations, engineering support, and critical infrastructure services to ensure the continuity of sensitive and classified operations.
About the Role
As the High Voltage Electrician, you will serve as a guardian of mission-critical electrical infrastructure within a secure environment. This role is vital to ensuring the reliability, safety, and continuous operation of high-voltage systems that power sensitive government operations. You will work at the intersection of technical expertise and national security, maintaining the power backbone that supports the Intelligence Community's daily functions.
Your day-to-day involves navigating complex electrical drawings and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair high-voltage systems (typically 4,160V and above). You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on switchgear, transformers, breakers, and power distribution networks, ensuring minimal impact to operations during planned outages or emergency power events. Collaboration is key; you will coordinate closely with engineers, facility managers, and security personnel in controlled environments, while also providing technical guidance to junior staff.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess an active Top Secret SCI with CI Poly clearance to be considered for this position. The application process requires submission of qualifications demonstrating extensive experience in industrial, utility, or government high-voltage environments.
