Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMonitor patient body temperature and incision sites for stability or complications
- check_circleAssess and track critical indicators of patient recovery in the PACU
- check_circleUtilize medical equipment including PCA pumps, IV pumps, and patient monitors
- check_circleProvide critical care nursing services in post-anesthesia care units
- check_circleCare for patients during pre-operative, Phase I, and Phase II recovery
- check_circleParticipate in on-call shifts including nights and weekends as scheduled
Requirements
- verifiedActive State of HI license by start of assignment
- verifiedProof of flu vaccination or approved exception
- verified2+ years experience as critical care RN (ER & ICU)
- verifiedValid BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association
- verifiedValid professional license within state of practice
- verifiedPALS credential recommended or required
- verifiedNIHSS & TNCC certifications preferred
Nice to Have
Past experience in critical care and surgical nursing. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) credential. Other specialty-related certifications such as NIHSS and TNCC.
