As a Home Health Aide, you will be called to care when you're needed most. You will support a full range of patient services, providing one-on-one care that brings comfort to our clients. This role is dedicated to work/life balance, offering truly flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, PRN, and weekend shifts. There is no overtime required, and a daily pay option is available.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care. Your day will involve obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed, documenting findings, and aiding with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and skin care. You will also be the eyes and ears on the ground, recognizing and reporting any abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
To qualify for this role, candidates must have one year of verifiable health aide or healthcare experience. A Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate is required. Additionally, a valid driver's license and auto insurance are necessary for this position.
