This position is based in Anchorage, AK, and serves as a critical component of our operational teams. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery, including specialty demolition excavators, loaders, and demolition tools such as steel shears, processors, and breakers. The role requires a strong commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all work adheres to federal, state, and local protection ordinances and building codes.
You will work in an operational setting with exposure to equipment and machinery, maintaining a constant state of situational awareness. The schedule typically involves 8 to 12-hour workdays, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. This is an onsite role with no remote work options, requiring the ability to work in varying conditions while maintaining physical alertness.
