About the Role
This position is designed for a skilled operator to manage heavy civil construction equipment in demanding outdoor environments. You will be responsible for operating earthmoving machinery, friction and hydraulic cranes, forklifts, and various hand tools across all weather conditions. The role demands high physical alertness, strength, and sensory acuity, with crane operators specifically required to meet ASME/ANSI physical standards.
Your day-to-day involves safely transporting and moving equipment, performing routine maintenance, and executing minor repairs. You will support technicians by setting pilings for dock supports, seawall slabs, and foundations, as well as performing dredging operations using clam buckets or drag-lines. The position also includes rigging for material loads, assembling and disassembling cranes and barges, and troubleshooting propulsion equipment issues.

Requirements
