About the Role
A respected leader in the building materials industry is seeking a dependable and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to support operations at its quarry and materials site. This hands-on role is responsible for operating and maintaining various heavy equipment used for site preparation, excavation, grading, and material handling. The ideal candidate will bring a safety-first mindset, experience operating construction equipment, and a willingness to support a variety of duties as assigned.
Work Environment
This is a physically demanding position requiring comfort working outdoors in a quarry environment. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs. and requires a flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and overtime as production needs dictate.
Safety and Culture
Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture is central to this position. Operators are expected to follow all safety policies, wear required PPE, and adhere to OSHA/MSHA regulations. The team values a clean and hazard-free work area, with daily housekeeping and safety inspections being integral to the workflow.

Requirements
