About the Role
We are seeking Concrete Laborers, Form Setters, and Finishers to join our Texas Division in the Austin area. These roles are vital to our operations, requiring skilled hands to execute the physical and technical aspects of concrete work on professional construction sites.
You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, from extreme heat to cold, navigating various job site environments. The work involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm: spreading and mixing concrete, erecting and bracing forms according to blueprint specifications, and finishing surfaces to precise standards. Success in this role requires stamina, the ability to communicate effectively with the team, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
