About the Role
Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a skilled Recruiter to support our unique staffing needs within the hospital. This role is designed to expand our recruitment pool by engaging with local high schools, colleges, and state services, while also leveraging all social media outlets to think outside traditional recruitment routes.
The ideal candidate will be well-organized, resourceful, and highly efficient, capable of interacting with staff and external contacts at all levels. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role, given the sensitive nature of our work in behavioral healthcare.
This position operates Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with flexibility available based on operational needs.

Requirements
- verifiedAssociates degree and/or Certifications in Human Resources/Business/Healthcare
- verifiedAt least one (1) year of Hospital Recruitment/RN and Licensed Therapist Recruitment experience preferred
- verifiedKnowledge of Workable ATS and UKG preferred
- verifiedKnowledge of both Federal and State Labor Laws preferred
