Our client is a recognized top workplace and a leader in the healthcare industry. We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Financial Revenue Analyst to lead financial closing processes, mentor junior staff, and provide critical data insights that drive informed decision-making. This newly created role reports directly to the Head of Net Revenue and focuses on analyzing net patient revenue, contractual allowances, and accounts receivable.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands the intersection of the healthcare revenue cycle and reimbursement. You will serve as a key member of the Revenue team, collaborating with internal team members and acting as a subject matter expert and preceptor for the net revenue team.
This is a hybrid role based in the Houston, TX metro area. Candidates must reside in the Houston area and be able to commute to the work location at least two days per week, with the standard onsite day being Wednesday. Availability for onsite needs on short notice is required. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided; local candidates are given priority, though qualified candidates willing to self-relocate will be considered.
