The Account Executive serves as the vital link between the company and Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities within the Birmingham territory and surrounding areas. This role exists to drive growth by retaining existing accounts while simultaneously developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate brings an energizing personality and a positive attitude, thriving on delivering exceptional client experiences.
You will work independently to manage daily operations, connecting and maintaining strong relationships with Corporate Management Companies. A key part of your day involves traveling face-to-face within your territory, including some overnight trips, to educate new LTC staff on the MDB referral process and improve referral habits. You will also coordinate new lines of service, perform service line reviews, and organize events to increase the company's presence in the market.
Success in this position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects while utilizing CRM software to track daily activities and communicate client issues promptly. You will collaborate weekly with the Business Development and Executive teams to review strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
