As a Health Unit Coordinator in our Mother Baby Unit, you will serve as a vital link in our patient care ecosystem. Working under direct supervision, you will be accountable to the bedside RN and Nurse Leader, facilitating a safe and secure environment for patients, families, and providers. Your day-to-day impact involves maintaining clear communication between patient needs and the nursing leadership, ensuring seamless operations throughout your 8-hour variable shifts.
