About the Role
The Market Business Partner serves as the primary on-site liaison between the Sanford Health Plan and Sanford Health market leadership. This role exists to bridge the gap between performance strategy and operational execution, acting as a trusted advisor on care and coverage integration opportunities.
In this position, you will align performance goals and operational priorities with market and health plan leadership. You will be responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable stories that drive improvements in patient outcomes, provider experience, and total cost of care. As the single point of coordination within the assigned market, you will identify opportunities to optimize utilization, quality, and access while supporting continuous improvement efforts aligned with value-based care and population health.
