About the Role
This position serves as an integral member of the mechanical circulatory support and transplant team, handling pre-implant, post-implant, and/or inpatient mechanical circulatory support. You will act as a patient advocate and educator, promoting optimum patient independence, self-care, and rehabilitation across all age groups.
As a key partner to transplant physicians, you will independently monitor specific patients, manage outpatient clinics, and periodically review all patients. Your day-to-day involves performing clinical activities, educating patients on procedures, and training nursing staff and colleagues. You will also participate in professional growth activities and ensure compliance with quality initiatives, adapting your communication and approach to respect the unique needs and privacy of every patient.

Requirements
